The first month of accommodation at the base in Italy is provided free of charge. After that, drivers arrange their own housing. Drivers may also choose to rest in their trucks if desired.
Standard work schedule: 5 working days and 2 days off. The schedule can be adjusted individually in agreement with each driver but must comply with EU regulations and Italian law.
Daily driving time: up to 9 hours, with an option to extend to 10 hours twice a week.
Breaks: after every 4.5 hours of driving, a break of at least 45 minutes is required (can be split into 15 and 30 minutes).
Weekly driving limit: no more than 56 hours.
Two-week driving limit: no more than 90 hours.
Daily rest: minimum of 11 continuous hours (can be reduced to 9 hours up to three times per week).
Yes, according to Italian law, drivers are entitled to a minimum of 4 weeks of paid vacation per year. Sick leave is also paid in accordance with Italian law.

The company reimburses relocation expenses up to 250 euros for any transportation to Italy. The payment is made with the first salary.
Our main base is located in Parma, Italy. There are also intermediate rest points across Europe.
We provide both local and international routes. Routes are discussed individually with each driver, depending on preferences and experience.
Yes, medical insurance is provided in accordance with Italian law. It covers basic medical expenses, including treatment for work-related injuries.
The driver is responsible for:
Complying with traffic regulations.
Adhering to working hours and rest periods.
Checking the basic technical condition of the vehicle before the trip.
The driver is not responsible for traffic violations caused by a sudden vehicle breakdown during the trip. Penalties may be imposed for violations of the above rules. More serious maintenance and responsibility for the vehicle’s technical condition lie with the company.
